  • It Constantly Needs Maintenance – If you’re calling on your IT staff or PMS support often, then you need to upgrade. You shouldn’t have to spend that much time fixing a system that’s supposed to save you time.
  • Your Staff Dislikes It – Your staff will deal with the property management system on a daily basis. If they have issues with it, talk to them about it. They can probably point you to the issues it has been causing them.
